Nestled in the heart of the Southdown National Park, Rogate Sweetcornfest offers families the opportunity to pick their own cob and eat deliciously sweet and mouthwatering sweetcorn picked from our beautiful sweetcorn fields.
Sweetcorn cobs grow from tall, stalk-like plant sometimes known as stoops. Each plant produces between 5 to 6 cobs of corn.
Please only pick cobs that are fully sized.
Cobs ready for picking will have well developed brown ‘tassels’ at the top of the cob.
